Located on the main A6 1.5 miles north of Bakewell and at the intersection of Buxton Road and The Duke's Drive A6. Bus stop outside house for Trans-Peak service between Derby, Matlock, Bakewell, Buxton and Manchester. From Sheffield the X18 or 240 service to Bakewell, then Trans-Peak. From Chesterfield the 170 service to Bakewell, then the Trans-Peak service.
