Details
Our spacious, traditional cottages have been sympathetically restored to modern standards and comfort while still retaining their rustic charm with original old oak beams and thick limestone walls.
We lovingly maintain our self catering cottages on our small family farm.
They enjoy panoramic views to the south getting the best of the sun all day.
Each has a lawn with outdoor furniture and further patio areas with BBQ's.
Stroll down a leafy lane to the village pub nestling beside the river.
Situated in heart of the Derbyshire Peak District National park.
Quiet country location mid-way between Buxton and Bakewell, 2 miles from Tideswell, overlooking the hamlet of Millers Dale, within a conservation area of outstanding natural beauty and beside a National Nature Reserve.
Ideal location for walks from door including Monsal Trail and Limestone Way, plus many more by towering limestone cliffs and peaceful rivered dales. Further a-field Kinder Scout and the Roaches. Our farm trail leads through our conservation land to a ridge walk with views of 7 dales all accessible from here.
Central for touring, visiting Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Castleton Caves, Derwent Reservoirs. Also Derwent Heritage Corridor and old market towns, many holding wells dressing festivals.
