Spacious and comfy lounge with Cleaview log burning stove, Flatscreen TV, DVD and CD player, and French windows leading to enclosed garden with BBQ and seating with panormic views over open countryside and the Peak District National Park. Doorstep footpaths leading to Tiitesworth Reservoir circular nature trail. Full character of original barn retained with quality conversion with exposed wooden beams, A-frames, brick and stone work. Price inclusive of Central Heating by geothermal ground source heat pump and solar panels (Underfloor heating on ground floor, radiators 1st floor), bedlinen, towels and initial basket of logs.
