Leave M1 at junction 29 and follow A617 to Chesterfield (approx 4 miles). At traffic light controlled roundabout select left lane and take 3rd exit. Keep in left lane and, at next roundabout take 1st exit (continuous lane). Keep in left lane and, at traffic lights select middle lane and go straight on. Keep in left lane and, at traffic light controlled roundabout (Lidl) take 3rd exit (Foljambe Road). At traffic lights at top of hill turn left (Ashgate Road). Take 2nd right (Brockwell Lane). Abigails Guest House is approx ¼ mile down road on left.

From East
Follow A617 to M1 motorway junction, then follow route from North/South.

From West
