Miners Arms Carsington Cycle Hire at Miners Arms

Come to The Miners Arms in Carsington, a 16th century pub and enjoy yourself on one of our bicycles for a few hours or the full day. You can easily access the traffic free circular route of Carsington Water or travel on the quiet lanes of the area enjoying local villages. For the more adventurous head to the High Peak trail where you can get some miles in and experience the stunning views. We offer bikes to suit all ages and sizes, with child buggies, child seats, and tow alongs available. Helmets provided free of charge to hirers. Groups welcome (booking advised) We also operate a service and repair service. Once you have returned from your ride you are welcome to enjoy the Miners Arms where we have a good range of home cooked food, cask ales and a garden with children's play area. The pub is a CAMRA member which always has at least 1 local ale available.

We recommend the wearing of a cycle helmet.

Proof of ID with photograph is required for each booking (e.g. new style driving license, passport) Payment can be made in cash or by cheque, credit and debit cards.
A deposit of £20 is normally required. This may be retained in the event of late return of the cycle, damage to the cycle, or loss of the cycle or accessories. All bikes and equipment supplied by The Miners Arms are the responsibility of the hirer for the duration of hire.
