Recently rennovated to a high standard, the accommodation comprises of two double (one flexible twin) bedrooms and one single bedroom.
Downstairs is a comfortable lounge with one two seater and one three seater settee a gas fired coal effect stove to add a cosy feel, hi-fi with iPod dock and a 42" wall mounted plasma TV with provision for DVD nights in.
Next door to the lounge is a newly fitted kitchen comprising of a gas hob, electric built under oven and cooker hood, sink, washing machine, fridge and storage cupboards with under cupboard lighting and floor level LED lighting for atmospheric dining.
Within the kitchen is the dining area with a table and seating for upto 5 people.
Adjacent to the dining area is the bathroom, comprising of a new white bathroom suite with bath with shower, toilet and wash hand basin. There is also a illuminated mirror with shaver point.

Outside stone flags provide off road parking to the front for one vehicle. At the rear is a patio and lawned area with an outside tap for cleaning of muddy boots, pram wheels, cycles, dogs, people etc!

Chapel Leisure centre is about a five minute drive from the property. Opposite the property is Combs Reservoir the local Sailing club allows temporary guest members with their own boats to sail on the reservoir. Fishing is also available round the banks of the reservoir. 650 Meters up the road towards Chapel village centre is the entrance of the Golf Club, offering visitor memberships, club house facilities and pro shop. Opposite the Golf club is The Hanging Gate public house and restaurant offering a wide variety of menu choice at reasonable prices. Children welcome from any age.

From the South: From the A6 to Stockport take the Chapel-en-le-Frith exit to the left. Follow this road over the mini roundabout, passing Morrisson's supermarket on your right and Peugeot garage on the left. Continue 1.5 miles through the town, past The Hanging Gate pub on your left, Chapel Golf Club on your right and Combs Reservoir on your left. El Nido is to be found immediately after the reservoir on the right hand side.
From the North: From the A6 towards Buxton, at the roundabout take the A5004 towards Whaley Bridge. Continue through the town, passing the Cock Inn on your left, to the traffic lights by the White Horse pub. Turn right at this crossroads onto B5470 Chapel Rd towards Chapel en le Frith. Continue 1.7 miles through the village of Tunstead Milton. On leaving Tunstead Milton, El Nido is on your left hand side immediately before Combs Reservoir.
By Rail: Trains run from Buxton to Manchester - from either direction, exit at Whaley Bridge station. From the station, walk across the road and take the 199 Trent Barton Skyline bus to "Buxton" Getting off at the 'Milton Lane' bus stop in Tunstead Milton and walk up the road in the same direction as the bus was going until you come to El Nido on your left hand side.
By Bus: the 199 TrentBarton Skyline service runs regularly from Buxton to Manchester Airport, calling at Chapel en le Frith in both directions: From Buxton direction get off at the 'Tom Lane' stop directly beside the Reservoir or from Manchester at the 'Milton Lane' stop in Tunstead Milton and walk up the road in the same direction as the bus was going until you come to El Nido on your left hand side.
