Gold award winning Peak District holiday Farmhouse and cottage Annexe at Uppermoor Farm, is full of charm and character and can sleep 20 guests. The 18th century stone farmhouse and adjoining cottage is both large and luxurious and an ideal venue for large family groups or for special celebrations,

Uppermoor Farm occupies a prime Peak District location, with far reaching views across the rolling Derbyshire Dales. Recently renovated to a standard of 'excellence' offering discerning guests 5 star gold luxury self catering holiday accommodation in the heart of the Peak District.

The main Farmhouse and Annexe, enjoy pretty, landscaped gardens and lawned areas behind an enclosed boundary stone wall. It is an idyllic, tranquil and peaceful setting, surrounded by its own 70 acres of open courtryside.

There is direct access from its own front door to footpaths, which link up to the well known Peak trails.

Situated about a mile outside the Doomsday village of Parwich and a short drive to the market towns of Ashbourne Bakewell and Buxton, with the famous Chatsworth House nearby too.

Nine individually styled bedrooms and eight luxury en-suite or private bathroom facilities.

The elegant, open-plan Dining Hall in the main Farmhouse can seat 20 guests comfortably around two antique tables.

Many of our guests use our luxury self catering accommodation to celebrate a special occasion and our aim is to ensure that our luxury Peak District Cottages provide an excellent venue for this. Uppermoor Farm is a first class choice whether you are looking for a weekend away or a full week with family and friends.

    From the South:
    M1 J23A Approx 45 mins taking A50 sign posted Uttoxeter/Stoke/Alton Towers, then A515 into Ashbourne. Around the one way system keeping on the A515 towards Buxton. Ignore the 1st turn to Parwich and Alsop-en-le-Dale, but continue another 1.9 miles, taking the next RIGHT TURN - NO SIGN after turning into the lane there will be an Un-Weighted Sign – NO HGV's. (This is the back lane into the village of Parwich). Half a mile along this lane on R.H. bend you will see on your left the Uppermoor Farm sign.
    From the North:
    M1 J28 Aapprox 45 mins taking A6 to Matlock & Cromford. Turn left onto A5012 to Newhaven. Turn left onto the A515 towards Ashbourne. After about 1 mile take the first LEFT TURN - NO SIGN after turning into the lane there will be an Un-Weighted Sign - NO HGV's (This is the back lane taking you into the village of Parwich). Half a mile along this lane on a R.H. bend you will see on your left the Uppermoor Farm sign.
    By Train:
    Derby or Matlock Railway Stations. London St Pancras to Derby about 1hr.
