Travelling from Ashbourne on the Ashbourne to Buxton road (A515) follow the road for about 3 miles. Take a right turn just before the Bentley Brook Inn and follow this road (B5056) towards Bakewell for about 3 miles. There is a long straight stretch of road at one point, look out for the sign which says Parwich and Ballidon and turn left. After about 200 yards take a first right at the Ballidon sign. Follow this road for about 1 mile. There is a row of houses on the left, but just before you reach those houses take a right turn and follow the lane past a framhouse on the right and then another on the left. About 50 yards further on take the left turn on the lane and travel up the hill you will find Rachels Croft at the end of it.
